Dining at the Wynn Las Vegas:
Alex - Flavors of the French Riviera from
Alessandandro Stratta, a winner of the James Beard Foundation's Best
American Chef Southwest award. Jackets recommended for men. It's the
most upscale of the restaurants at the Wynn. Choose from a splendid
selection of reserve caviars and wine. The room is beautiful with dark cherrywood ceiling and walls; and crystal chandeliers. Open for dinner
between 6:00pm and 10:00pm.
Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare - Fresh seafood flown in daily from fist
markets throughout Europe in addition to pasta and classic Italian
specialties. Winner of the James Beard Foundation's Best
American Chef - Midwest award. Depending on the weather, there is seating in
the water garden and cabana areas outside. Open for lunch between 11:30am
and 2:30pm. Open for dinner between 5:30pm and 10:30pm.
Country Club - Executive Chef David Walzog
brings home classic American steakhouse cooking. Breakfast, Lunch and
Dinner served.
Chocolat - Pastry and desserts conceived by award winning Pastry Chef
Frédéric Robert. Featuring hand made European chocolates, truffles and
petits gateaux.
Corsa Cucina - Mediterranean menus that
include wood-fired pizza and juicy rotisserie chicken from Stephen Kalt in a
fast-paced setting. Open for dinner from 5:00pm to 10:30pm.
Wing Lei - Cantonese, Szechuan, and
Shanghai Chinese creations by Executive Chef Richard Chen. Designed by
internationally renowned French interior designer, Jacques Garcia. There
are two private dining rooms, each seating 12 to 14 people, a 40 seat
semiprivate room and a 12 seat bar. Overall seating for 140 people. Menu
items from the fist tank include prawns, lobster, crab, cod and geoduck
clams. Reservations required. Opens daily, 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm.
Dress style is casual or elegant.
Zoozacrackers - A self-serve New
York style deli. It features all the staples of an excellent
kosher deli, including pastrami, corned beef and matzo ball soup. A
great place to take the kids for a cheeseburger. Named in honor of
Charlie Meyerson, a long time friend of Steve Wynn. Open daily
from 11:00am to 11:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 11:00pm on weekends.

Daniel Boulud - The finest of cuisine and wines are served here.
Chef Daniel Boulud has teamed up with executive chef Philippe Rispoli to
bring a French fare at an upscale modern brasserie modeled after the New
York flagship. The braised short ribs are incredible here. When weather
allows, a seat on the patio is a good place to take in the Lake of
Dreams light show, which run every 20 minutes. Dinner dining from 5:30pm
to 10:30pm.
Okada - There is a view of Okada's private japanese garden and three
tiered waterfall. There is an outdoor table which seats eight. A sushi
bar which seats 14, a teppanyaki grill, and a robatayaki grill can be
enjoyed inside. Conceived by Takashi Yagahashi, a winner of the
James Beard Foundation's Best American Chef - Midwest award. Dinner
served between 5:30pm to 10:30pm Sun-Thurs and until 11:30 Fri-Sat.
Red 8 Asian Bistro - Chef Hisham Johari presents authentic Southeast
Asian cuisine ranging from Cantonese noodle dishes to Hong Kong-style
dim sum and barbecue in a casual, comfortable setting.
Sugar and Ice - Deli style with optional
outdoor seating. Located by the shops and the closet exit to the Las
Vegas Blvd and Fashion Show mall..
SW Steakhouse - Eric Klein, a winner of Food & Wine Magazine's 2004 Best
New Chefs award, combines the classic American steakhouse with the
flavors of France. Outdoor seating available.
Tableau - An atrium setting surrounded by poolside views. Chef
Mark LoRusso showcases the finest American ingredients prepared with a
French flair. Exclusive to Tower Suites guests at breakfast and
lunch but opens to all for dinner. Seating available in the Garden
atrium room, which overlooks the poolside cabanas. Dinner schedule is
from 5:30pm to 10:00pm
Terrace Pointe Cafe- This beautiful all
day dining cafe offers a wide range of coast to coast American
favorites. Terrace seating overlooks the pools and gardens. Open
24 hours.
The Buffet - Serving only the best
breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items along with a variety of snacks
and sweets. You can find everything from pizza to Indian food at this
delectable buffet. Open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Price is
$19.95 for lunch; $31.95 for dinner). Champagne Brunch on Saturday and
Sundays are from 8:00am to 3:30pm.
